I would like to send an email message to each and every member of Cosmo 515, including a few of those who have fallen off the wagon and missed a few (years worth of) meetings. At just three minutes past the appointed hour, Chairperson Lepp called to order the 10th meeting of the 61st year of Cosmopolitan Toastmasters 515. Despite her best efforts to stall the meeting in endless committee reports and unfinished business, she failed to fully implement the Bushian techniques necessary for a true quagmire, and the meeting, in due course, drifted to new business. Madame Chairwoman Lepp called Meeting 9 Year 60 to order precisely at 6PM but regrettably a year late as this is Year 61 AC (After Cosmo). Her guest, Barbara Weston, appeared apprehensive as she scanned the cavernous room, the high tribunal seated on Madam Lepp’s left and right and the Grand Inquisitor seated in the center of the room.
